Yet another review. This time of “Anarchy 101” by Bob Black.

I've found a great article called “Give up Activism”. This is my take on it, and some thoughts which came from reading it.

Firstly i would like to note that i am not supporting al-Qaddafi by doing this review, so approach this review with the open mind, and understand that there are differences between what the person writes and what one does.

You can read Green Book in English or in Russian, and after that tell me what you think about it.

This podcast has been reviewed by Shelly from Podcast Liberally. Here is what was said:

This is an incredibly creative podcast consisting of the host (and possibly others, I’m not sure, because someone speaks in Russian also) giving us regular “Episodes�? and then in between those, several “poems�?. The poems are the very creative part and range dramatically in topic and length (and language). The Episodes are basically philosophy and politics and news topics from a self-describe anarchist point of view, but what I would describe as European liberal. I mean European liberal because it has a slight edge of “you Americans are different than all of the rest of us�? (and not in a good way) but it’s mostly subtle. I have found Europeans think of Americans this way, but I look forward to hearing more of his opinions not just on world events, politics, family, philosophy, etc., but also of how we Americans appear to the rest of the world. It’s just something he mentions in Episode 50 so it’s not pervasive throughout the podcast.

Many of the episodes are personal thoughts on various things and these “poems�? are creative and hard to describe. Because they are short I recommend you listen to a lot of them. Check out the podcast on libsyn or through the iTunes link. I may very well add to this review as I listen to a few more of the longer Episodes. I’m not sure if this is the logo for the show either, but it’s what I could find. Please correct me if I’m wrong VolodyA_V_A! I will have more to say on this one in the podcast. I definitely recommend you listen to it for a different point of view that isn’t usual American politics.

After reading the story of lyrical terrorist one really doesn't want to write poetry any longer. I mean we, the poets, have always used exaggerations, hyperbolies, and just plain old metaphors to express ourselves. And now somebody comes in and says that this is an act of Terrorism. Really, really bad.

This is more of a rant, and maybe you don't think that this is going on, but i believe that there is an anti-american centiment in the anarchist movement. Here i briefly talk about why this is a bad idea.

The documentary that i have mentioned here is Anarchism in America.

Music came from the Cry 4 Peace, Fight 4 Freedom podcast, and i think it is very relevant to the issue in many ways.

I've recently found the ACLU podcast and there was Unabridged, which is a collection of poetry written and performed by Steve Connell and Sekou (tha misfit) for ACLU. I really find it interesting, so check it out.

This episode is inspired by the meditation and the internal rant on the statements by one of the leading geneticists, , regarding the languistic abilities of african peoples and by the responces to these statements. I discuss science, racism and racialism, and speciesism.

Music used was: Koljan with the song “Nazi Stop” from the “Music Against Racism” CD and “What Right” with the music by Costa and words by Holman from the “Vegamp” CD.

On September 1 in Russia it's a Day of Knowledge, so i have decided to talk about it. Radicals are by no means decided what is the way forward to distribute the knowledge in a free society, here i talk about some possibilities.

I'm talking about rules as talked by the linguistic philosopher John R. Searle, that is i divide the rules into constitution and regulatory rules. I also talk about the relevance of such devisison to a radical activists, who work towards anarchic society.

I explore my personal belief that on ethical scale police are worse than rapists. This show is not meant to demean or insult rape survivors or victims, it is meant as a food for thought for the people who would join the police force in order to “help” the public.

This is a review of the Russian Individualism, a book that i almost finished reading. I hope that i will have a follow up podcast talking about individualist philosophers from Russia.

Here i've decided to shortly talk about nudity and how nudism and generally a healthy attitude towards one's body will benefit the anarchist movement. This is a book review of “People without Elite” by Aleksandr Syergyeyevich Panarin.

I am discussing the idea of Buddhism and anarchism being allies. This is not a complete description of both, but simply an outline of what jumps out and screams “symmetry“.

Although this podcast was recorded with anarchists who are interested in Buddhism being in mind, i feel it will be equally interesting to Buddhists who wish to have a look at anarchism without the shores of social conditioning. And i will welcome input from both sides, but i wish for the comments which explore the possibility rather than eliminate it due to it being outside of the tradition of both communities.

This is a very brief look at the state of the anarchist movement today and where we can possibly be going in the future. For a few who will no doubt get affended that i have listed a direction they don't like, or didn't list the one they like: all i say here is only an observation and an opinion.

How should we use increase in dissatisfaction with bureaucracy. Grand Thornton has reported that Russia is second only to Brazil in dissatisfaction with bureaucracy. 59% of companies have reported that their business couldn't grow due to bureaucratic restraints (Brazil has reported 60%).
