How should we use increase in dissatisfaction with bureaucracy. Grand Thornton has reported that Russia is second only to Brazil in dissatisfaction with bureaucracy. 59% of companies have reported that their business couldn't grow due to bureaucratic restraints (Brazil has reported 60%).

You may do as you will with them (as i say on this site everything is in public domain). As for the short biography: I\\\'m a code poet (programmer) studying in UK, born in Bryansk (that\\\'s on the border of Russia with Ukraine and Belorus). I write poetry for a long time, but *really* started in 1999. I never explain what i mean in my poems... q;-) I don\\\'t know what else to say.
